Personalized Filing Systems & Paper/Information Management
Using how you think and function, together we can create systems that reflect and honor your needs and preferences. For instance, in filing, we use categories that make sense to you, ensuring easier retrieval. Many people are afraid that if they file something “away,” they won’t be able to find it again, or they won’t do some task associated with it. These concerns are helpful in selecting and setting up your system. Also, the beauty and precision of clear labeling can contribute to the experience that filing is fun!
Decluttering, Creative Storage, & Green Solutions
Do your possessions serve you, or are they a burden? We categorize what you want to keep and determine the best storage. Whenever possible, we use what you already have to store items rather than spending more money on new containers. The process of letting go can be challenging. If you choose to let go of anything, my research on donations and recycling can make letting go more rewarding and honor the earth, by not burdening it. If you decide to purchase new containers, we can also explore products that are more healthy, sustainable, and energy-efficient.
Space Design
If you’re uncomfortable in a room, we may look at some different options; for instance, the furniture placement or whether this is the best room for how you like to work. Sometimes simple changes can support you in being happier and more productive.
